Lead India.............
I have a Dream
10 STEPS TO LEADERSHIP
A nation cannot achieve leadership unless we have leadership at every level of the organization. Ultimately, it comes down to the individual. Leaders must not only lead but also create leaders under them.
First, Leaders must develop powerful personal credibility. This means they should not only be consistent in what they say and do - but must deliver on their commitments.
Second, Great leaders tell people clearly what they expect from them, whether it be in terms of performance or values. The more that is expected from people, the more they tend to deliver.
Third, Great leaders are teachers and coaches. Expectations alone are not enough. People need guidance on the path they need to follow. This does not mean that the leader should spoon- feed his people.
Fourth, Successful leaders need to have energy and be able to energise others. Leadership demands extraordinary Physical, Mental and some would say, spiritual energy to remain on top of the demands made on them.
Fifth, Leaders do not always have to be in the limelight. One has to realize that leadership is not a privilege but a responsibility.
Think of birds flying in a formation, at different times, different birds lead the formation. The leader must know where to lead and where to step back.
Sixth, Winning leaders face reality. They do not dither. Leadership is about making tough yes-no decisions. Winning leaders are willing to decide with imperfect data, if needed, because leadership is about making judgments that others are either unwilling or unable to make.
Seventh, Leaders keep renewing themselves. They constantly learn from their own experiences and those of others. They create knowledge capturing and sharing processes and methods in the organization.
Eighth, Leaders surround themselves with people who err on the side of optimism. Leaders spend time with people who have a can-do approach.
Ninth, Leaders play to win. Playing to win is not the same as cutting corners. When you play to win, you stretch yourself to your maximum and use all your potential. Leaders do their best and leave the rest.
Tenth, Leaders respect themselves. Without self-confidence, it is impossible to lead.
Finally, Leaders have the ability to persevere when all odds are against them. This is especially important when the leader chooses to do something innovative or take a path not travelled before. The first reaction to this is usually criticism, not applause. But if the leader perseveres, he may attract many others to follow.
The essence of leadership is in never stopping but taking one step up at a time.

1) Exercise the vision role by words and actions that keep an inspiring, believable future scenario clearly in the minds of organization members.
2) Fulfill the relationship role by nurturing team, networks and other interpersonal connections that advance the mission of the organization.
3) Use the control role not to take all tasks and responsibilities onto yourself, but instead to take charge of the process by which problems are defined, decisions are made and work is structured.
4) Practice the encouragement role by praising, rewarding and supporting the actions that contribute best to the mission of the organization.
5) Perform the information role by making sure that all stakeholders in the organization are “in the loop” through open communication channels.
Ships are safe in the harbour, but they are not profitable if they stay in the harbour!
Most of us don’t focus! We want to squeeze too many things in one time and end up confused! Success comes when we prioritize every night before we go to sleep. That way, from the moment we get up in the morning, we are already goal-oriented and are all set to optimize our working hours. We all are like entrepreneurs who uses not only his senses one to five, but also six, seven, eight & nine, six to nine, of course, do not really exist, but he develops them somehow or the other through his experiences, exposures, failures, let downs and labour.
Success needs explanation! It consists of blending values, skills, ethics and habits. Put these together in the right mix and you are successful.

The baton is now in the hands of the younger generation to take organizations ahead.
Great leaders are intrinsically excellent HR managers, which means not only doing things in an unconventional and innovative manner but also to lead, motivate and develop fellow colleagues from the front.
A leader should do something that’s above and beyond of what is expected of him, and whatever he does should have an emotional impact on his team.
Great organizations are not built in a day but it is believed that great people make great organization.
Working together as a team makes an aspirational brand.
So let’s join hands together to make a better
Jai Hind !
These words are dedicated to every Joseph- to every man and woman who has been entrusted with a Technicolor dream from god.
You may have been called a young upstart; you may have been thrown in the pit by your ‘Elder Brothers’ and labeled presumptuous; you may be serving in potiphar’s house, beset by testings, trials and temptations as the word of the lord tests you until god’s appointed time for you dawns.
You may be serving solitary confinement in the ‘prison’ of circumstances – with ‘No way out’ emblazoned all around you in neon letters, surrounding by the barriers of seemingly insurmountable circumstances and obstacles – but take heart, dear dreamer, for on god’s appointed day, after all the seeming heartache and disappointment, surely your time will come; and when finally the chief butler remembers you, the gift and calling that God has placed on your life will bring you before pharaoh just as surely as that other young dreamer before you.
Whether you are in the pit, serving in potiphar’s house or languishing in prison – God has a message for you today; Don’t give up: Your time will come; for what he has done for me & my family – through all the seemingly insurmountable obstacles, through all the heartache and disappointment, the laughter and tears, the mountains and the Red Sea- He will indeed accomplish the same for you.
I pray that as you read this message the anointing of the Holy Spirit will wash away the dust of discouragement and despair from your mind and heart; that he will revitalize you to fresh hope for the dream that god has placed in your heart; that there will be an impartation of the gift of faith, which will strengthen you to face the seemingly impossible circumstances around you, and a super natural boldness to overcome every demonic assignment and strategy that the enemy has planned to thwart God’s Dream.
May your heart be comfortable, may your soul be encouraged and may the weary arms be strengthened as you walk hand in hand with your God until that day when finally your time is come and His voice is heard from the heavens: ‘Call the dreamer – it is time for the dream.
