Creativity and Innovation

In today's economy, creativity and innovation go hand in hand. Creativity and innovation are one and the same.
"no creativity and innovation are distinctively different.
These two diverse views often ring a bell in our minds. In a way, creativity and innovation are one and the same entities
but, simultaneously they stand to convey two distinct connotations.
As two words, both are noun and convey almost the similar meaning , so much so that one is mistaken for the other.
Creativity is a part of thought process. It is an input.
Ideas do not fall from the sky;ideas come from the people.Innovation is a result of creativity.
it is an output. It is creativity which leads to innovation. Creativity lies
in the human brain. It comes from within us. Innovation becomes a part of creation.
Creativity makes innovation happen.
Nothing is greater than an idea whose time has come. Time is important in converting an idea into action.
to stay innovative , one needs to attract the sharpest of minds. The new age manager's constituency is the "future" and creativity alone can take them there.

NEW YEAR WISHES

WISHING YOU ALL MERRY CHRISTMAS

Work Sharper Not Harder.

A hard working young man was engaged to cut trees in a forest.
On the first day e felled seven trees in eight Hours. The next day he managed to fall only five, though he worked for Eight Hours.
On the third day he could fell only three trees. On the fourth day the number trees felled came down to one.

Puzzled about his deteriorating performance, he sought the advice of his boss. The Boss asked him a Simple question.
"Did you sharpen your axe?" The young man said "NO".

The blunt axe was giving him less return on his labor.
MORAL OF THE STORY

Work sharper, not harder, this is an essential principle of time management. To get worthwhile results one should work in an organized manner.

Success is what success does…………

There are two kinds of people in this world: those who follow the road carved out by others; and those, who like Howard Roark in Ayn Rand’s The fountainhead set their own course and define their own parameters of success.

The first believe in playing safe; choosing a path least laden with difficulty. But the second thrive on challenges because they are seeking out their own truth. These are the people who are awed and revered, respected and admired by subsequent generations – The supposed leaders, not managers of the world. NO one remembers managers and no one forgets the leaders.

At Bhaskar, I have tried my best to create such leaders. When I look back and see I feel the success in each and every manager & employees which brings in immense pride and the ultimate sense of achievement.

There has been a magical transformation in the employees that comes about in their personalities, lives and careers after my assuming charge of Gwalior Unit.

The employees of our organisation are the brand ambassadors. When I see a very successful manager or leader I see a reflection of my own story and a realisation of my own dreams and aspirations. My advice to all is – don’t be afraid. Make a choice take wing and fly into the borderless infinity as did Jonathon Livingstone seagull. For if you limit yourself; You will limit your destiny.

Be a Good Samaritan, Do good, Be a good soul and Get the best in life.

Best of Luck!!!!

KEEP YOUR PASSION AND ENTHUSIASM ALIVE

Spending more time on what you love to do help you to maintain passion and enthusiasm. Discover your true purpose, decide what you really want to do or have, believe you can do and have it, delegating your work to be able to concentrate on your core competence and taking concrete steps towards attaining your goal.

All the things that you feel you have to do are nothing but choices you have made to serve higher purpose such as feeding your family, creating security for the future etc. In addition to all the choices that you make you can also make a choice of attitude. If you are trapped in an elevator with three other strangers, you have a choice about your attitude. You can get grumpy about being trapped, or you can see it as an opportunity to meet new people. The choice is yours. So why not choose to do things with joy and enthusiasm.

Passion and enthusiasm act like magnets. People get attracted to you because of your high level of energy and like to be associated with you, be a part of your team, and support your dreams and goals. Hence, resulting in getting more done in a shorter period of time.
